He's really my neighbors, but he'll come in our house and hang out so he's half ours xD

Oh that makes sense lol. A lot of my neighbor's cats do that with our house. They would come and hang out on our roof and I'd open a window that would lead to the roof and they would come inside like they own the place.

i just thought this, but what if the cat was sitting in front of a wall with mice pictures that are simple like your fish. sad kitty wants fishies!
